What’s Included in Maintenance Visits
Calibrating and leveling your thermostat
Inspecting for combustible materials around your furnace
Testing the ignition system for safe and proper operation
Testing the duct system for carbon monoxide
Testing the exhaust system for proper venting
Measuring temperature difference supply/return
Testing safety and control circuits for proper operation
Inspecting and adjusting fan belt tension (if applicable)
Cleaning existing filters
Lubricating and cleaning blower motor air vents
Brushing clean and vacuuming burners
Brushing clean and vacuuming heat exchangers
Visually inspecting heat exchangers for wear and cracks
Cleaning and testing thermocouple for proper operation
Measuring and adjusting gas pressure for peak efficiency
Lubricating all moving parts per manufacturer
Measuring amperage and voltage of the blower
Tightening and inspecting all electrical wiring
Cleaning upper and lower combustion vents
Testing for natural gas leaks, and cleaning the furnace exterior
Replacement of disposable filters up to 1 inch (Extra charge for thicker filters)
