How long is the maintenance plan?

Plans run for a 12-month term and then automatically continue month-to-month unless canceled.

How is billing handled?

Billing is automatic and monthly, so you don’t have to worry about annual lump-sum payments.

Is there a service call fee?

No. Service call fees are waived during normal business hours for both plans.

How do you count systems?

Each outdoor unit is considered one system. Each system includes up to two indoor units. Additional indoor units can be added if needed.

What’s included vs. not included?

Maintenance visits, inspections, and plan benefits are included. Repairs and parts are not included, but you receive significant discounts based on your plan.
